Hi, I'm Yvette Barrera, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder of Bougie & Beautified Luxury Med Spa & Primary Care Services. With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, I've had the privilege of caring for patients across every stage of life. My background includes work in long-term care, home health, hospital acute care, and leadership as a hospital house supervisor - experiences that gave me a deep understanding of both urgent and ongoing healthcare needs.

I am also certified in body sculpting, IV hydration therapy, and medical weight loss management, blending my medical expertise with advanced aesthetic training to deliver safe, effective, and empowering treatments. I believe in lifelong learning and stay up to date on the latest medical and aesthetic advances so that my patients always receive the very best care.

Outside of work, I'm a proud mother of five and a catechist at my church. Motherhood has shaped my compassion, patience, and belief in the importance of self-care - values I carry into every patient relationship.
